OLYMPIC OUTREACHES

Arise All Nations - 26th July - 13 August on 2012
The Olympics are coming to London and with it a multitude of people and nations!! 'Arise All Nations' is a co-ordinated mission in the east and west of London focused on evangelism and ministering around Olympic venues , the biggest Hot Spots( tourist concentration ) public broadcasting screens sites, etc... Perfect opportunity to host you and / or your team during this key time.

BONES Notting Hill Carnival Outreach - 17th-28th August
Coming up to its 3rd year, the BONES outreach is geared up specifically to reach the Carnival goers in Europe's biggest carnival. Using a variety of arts forms and other giftings in the mix we seek to be amongst the people, witnessing and presenting an opportunity to know our radical Jesus. Perfect for groups / teams as well as for inidividuals and could be a great follow up to the Arise All Nations Olympics outreach.

Community and Hospital Work

In our continuing efforts to get involved with the communities where we live we are helping out with local groups who are working and already established in the area. The first project we worked with was the Harlesden clean up day with the Heart organisation where we helped out with the entertainment and had a great opportunity to promote YWAM and make local contacts.

We also have begun doing night evangelism to get through to the prostitution and drug addicts in Harlesden, getting them familiar with our faces and building up a trust relationship so we can help out with the core problems and not only to help with the superficial acts of prostitution or the use of drugs. On top of that we are working closely together with the local metropolitan police to reach youth gangs who are operating in residential areas of Harlesden.

Another opportunity that has arisen is volunteering at St. Charles Hospital. Nathan Householder is helping in the Palliative Care Wing, given to bring peace and a sense of comfort to those battling terminal illness. One prayer request is for the heart of compassion that is needed, and endurance in the time ahead, as it can be quite sobering to the spiritual person. A rich road of opportunity could be waiting: an arts program in the wing, many times of intimate conversation, administration and food handling services.

Bones and The Notting Hill Carnival

From 19th to 30th August Bones is once again coming to London.

12 days of rich teaching and testimony, fervent intercession & worship, practical evangelism and prophetic acts using the arts...

Calling the Church to come together and reach out to the hundreds, thousands of people coming to this one place at this time.

The BONES mission camp gives you the opportunity to join with others in preparing to make an impact at the Notting Hill Carnival. Specifically designed to equip you with tools, ignite you with passion and love for God and people and give you an opportunity to reach out and be part of transforming lives. DTS & BLS Apr '11 Off to Outreach!

DTS & BLS Apr '11 Off to Outreach!

These past three months have flown by and our current DTS are finalising their preparations for 5th July, when they leave for Outreach.

The team will split into two for the first leg, one going to Sweden and the other to Germany, after a month at those locations they meet in Spain for a few weeks and then return for our Bones Outreach at the end of August. We're very excited for them, wish them well and pray for their safety and protection as they travel.
