Arts Internship - Kicks off on May 'till the end of August 2012

May 15th - Aug. 30th

The Arts Internship is a 3.5 months opportunity to serve & pour out in diverse, creative arts. These months will include practical "hands on" teaching & instruction as well as the opportunity to help prepare and be part of the key London 2012 Olympics outreach activities.

Working side by side with the TABOO Arts team and the YWAM Urban Key - London community you will get more than a flavour of mission lifestyle, through the arts, in the city. Ideal for individual applicants and no Discipleship Training school (DTS) is required.

OLYMPIC OUTREACHES

Arise All Nations - 26th July - 13 August on 2012
The Olympics are coming to London and with it a multitude of people and nations!! 'Arise All Nations' is a co-ordinated mission in the east and west of London focused on evangelism and ministering around Olympic venues , the biggest Hot Spots( tourist concentration ) public broadcasting screens sites, etc... Perfect opportunity to host you and / or your team during this key time.

BONES Notting Hill Carnival Outreach - 17th-28th August
Coming up to its 3rd year, the BONES outreach is geared up specifically to reach the Carnival goers in Europe's biggest carnival. Using a variety of arts forms and other giftings in the mix we seek to be amongst the people, witnessing and presenting an opportunity to know our radical Jesus. Perfect for groups / teams as well as for inidividuals and could be a great follow up to the Arise All Nations Olympics outreach.

In our continuing efforts to get involved with the communities where we live we are helping out with local groups who are working and already established in the area. The first project we worked with was the Harlesden clean up day with the Heart organisation where we helped out with the entertainment and had a great opportunity to promote YWAM and make local contacts.

DTS & BLS Apr '11 Off to Outreach!

DTS & BLS Apr '11 Off to Outreach!

These past three months have flown by and our current DTS are finalising their preparations for 5th July, when they leave for Outreach.

The team will split into two for the first leg, one going to Sweden and the other to Germany, after a month at those locations they meet in Spain for a few weeks and then return for our Bones Outreach at the end of August. We're very excited for them, wish them well and pray for their safety and protection...
